Pediatric Evaluations typically take a minimum of three 60 minute sessions to complete. The first appointment is with parents only, to discuss their concerns and review all relavent history. The second appointment is scheduled to evaluate the child. The final appointment is a "feed-back" appointment, in which we review my diagnostic impression, prognosis and treatment plan recommendations. Collateral contacts (including, but not limited to, teachers, therapists and other health care professions) are also contacted as part of the evaluation process -- with parental approvement.
